Shipping & Delivery


Rasav Shipping Terms :

  • Before receiving the product from us we would like to request all customers to examine the package before receiving the product.
  • At the time of delivery, if recipient is not available at home in such case Courier Company will try to deliver the orders maximum 3 times. The cost of handling and re-shipment after 3 times of non-delivery to the member will be chargeable from next shipping.
  • At the time of purchasing you would have to provide us complete details of the Recipient like Name, Address, contact number etc. whoever collects the shipment.  And the member would have to state the complete name of the recipient to collect the jewellery and have to provide any 2 (two) below mentioning identity proofs.

      Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).

      PAN card.

      Driving License.

      Voters ID.

      Passport.

  • Make sure that if you provide us wrong shipping address, then we are not responsible for this. Therefore, confirm your shipping address with our customer team during working hours.

  • Once you have ordered for shipping and want to change your previous address with a new shipping address, you can change new shipping address only till the order is not shipped. For this procedure you have to login, then you can go through on clicking “My Account”, where you can edit your previous shipping address.

Handling Time :

Rasav Jewels provide 2 working days for available in stock items and 10 business days for make to order items. However, most of the products are usually available in stock.

Domestic Shipping Time :

Rasavjewels.com will take 3 to 15 working days to ship the products within the country.

Shipping Charges :

Rasav.com provide free shipping on every products within India. But if any international customer wants to shop from Rasav, then those customers need to inform us through the customer care number 91 9829465386 (9.30 am to 6.00 pm IST 6 working days) or drop a mail – at ecom@rasavjewels.com with the product details like product name, product ID, product description, shipping address, shipping country, recipient name etc. The shipping charges outside India will depend upon the specific area.

International Shipping :

  • Before shopping we request our customers to inform us on this number 91 9829465386 (9.30 am to 6.00 pm IST 6 working days) or mail at ecom@rasavjewels.com. Make sure you peoples provide us your order information such as product ID, product name, product description, buyers details also in which it includes buyers Name, Shipping Address, Area pin code etc. If we are ready to ship your order at your doorstep. For clients outside the country the shipping charges are not included in our jewellery/product and for this you have to pay separately according to the location and you will know the charges with mail including your jewellery charges from the company.​
  • Make sure, shipping costs do not include customs brokerage fees, related tariffs etc. and these fees are the responsibility of the customers. If you have any queries pertaining customs brokerage fees, tariffs and duties please contact the Custom Agency for your respective country.
  • International shipment will take 15 to 30 working days after order completion through payment options which we accept. For any international order completion procedure includes payment, address verification, phone number verification, contact information verification etc. After, we will contact you and will also mail you after delivering the product from the company to you.
